This Privacy Policy explains how AI Growth Kit (“we”, “us”, the “Service”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects your information when you use aigrowthkit.me. By using the Service, you agree to the data practices described here.

1. Who we are

AI Growth Kit is an independently operated AI video tools service. Contact: thcbnu@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

Account data — your email address, name, and avatar, provided when you sign in (via our authentication provider, Clerk).
Uploaded media — the video files you submit for processing.
Generated output — translated videos, subtitles, and upscaled files produced by our AI pipeline.
Payment data — your payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Creem. We receive transaction metadata (plan, status, customer ID); we do not see or store your full card number.
Usage data — task identifiers, credits consumed, timestamps, error codes, IP address, and user agent (for fraud prevention and debugging).
Communication — emails you send to support and our replies.

3. How we use it

To provide and operate the Service (process your videos, deliver results).
To bill correctly and honor your subscription / credit balance.
To send transactional emails (task ready, task failed, billing receipts).
To detect abuse, fraud, and prohibited content.
To improve reliability and performance.

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use your uploaded videos to train AI models.

4. Sub-processors

We rely on the following sub-processors to operate the Service:

Cloudflare Inc. — site hosting (Cloudflare Pages), file storage (R2), and CDN delivery.
Clerk Technologies Inc. — authentication and account management.
Supabase Inc. — Postgres database for accounts, tasks, and credits.
Creem (Merchant of Record) — payment processing, tax handling, and billing.
AdsTurbo — AI video processing backend (translation, subtitling, upscaling).
Resend — transactional email delivery.
Sentry — error and performance monitoring.
Google Analytics (GA4) — anonymized site analytics (page views, referral sources, geography). We have IP anonymization enabled.

5. Data retention

Uploaded source videos: automatically deleted from our storage 30 days after upload.
Generated output: kept while your account is active so you can re-download. You may delete any task from your dashboard at any time.
Account and billing records: kept while your account is active and for up to 7 years thereafter to comply with tax and accounting requirements.
Logs and analytics: aggregated logs are kept for up to 90 days.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, and similar regulations), you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Request correction of inaccurate data.
Request deletion of your data (subject to retention obligations above).
Export your data in a portable format.
Object to or restrict certain processing.
Withdraw consent at any time.

7. Security

We use TLS 1.2+ in transit. Uploaded files are stored in private Cloudflare R2 buckets with signed-URL access. Database access is restricted to least-privilege service accounts. We monitor for unauthorized access and will notify affected users within 72 hours of a confirmed personal-data breach, in line with applicable law.

8. International transfers

Our sub-processors operate globally. Data may be processed in the United States, the European Union, and other regions where our sub-processors maintain infrastructure. We rely on the sub-processors' standard contractual clauses and adequacy mechanisms where applicable.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13. Users between 13 and 17 require verifiable parental or guardian consent (see our Terms of Service). If we learn we have collected data from a child under 13 without proper consent, we will delete it.

10. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication (set by Clerk) and to remember your session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified by email and via a notice on the site at least 14 days before taking effect. The “Effective” date at the top reflects the most recent version.
